The ToucanTech product development process is designed to respond to user needs while continuing to drive the system forward. The first stage of the process is the idea! This could be a completely new feature, enhancing the product and improving the user experience, or a development that allows more flexibility and control within the database. New features are designed to improve engagement and functionality. The feature is then designed, compiled into a brief and shared for feedback - to check that it meets user needs. Once a brief is finalised it is passed on to a developer to be built. It is then thoroughly tested by the product team who provide feedback to the developer, until the feature is ready to be released!
