  • How to assign account managers and key contacts for each organisation
  • What are 'org tags' and how to use them (different to individual user groups)
  • How to edit your pick-lists for org industries and org tags
  • How to run filters to pull out lists of organisations (or a list of individuals at certain organisations)
  • What to consider when emailing organisations (one default email / personalisation/ avoid duplicate emails)
